Fibre Reinforced Polymer
FasRaP is a proprietary glass-fibre reinforeced polymer (GFRP) roll that has been pre-saturated with a resin system and can be easily applied onto structural elements like a “double-sided tape".
Roof Reinforcement
FasRaP is great for roof reinforcement projects as it is fast, efficient and requires minimal onsite tools. This enables restoration works to be smooth and quick without causing downtime to the tenant's operations.
Concrete Reinforcement
FasRaP is able to significantly increase strength of concrete columns and panels in the shear direction. There are multiple applications to concrete reinforcement, such as; blast mitigation, column strengthening and repairing of cracks.
Blast Mitigation
FasRaP has been tested to withstand up to 20kg of TNT without breaking. It will be able to provide your structure with the protection it needs against blasts.
Fire Resistant
FasRaP 2.0 has been developed to be fire resistant and can continue to protect the structure even after it has been exposed to direct flame.
Precast Joint Strengthening
FasRaP is able to overcome one of the limitations of pre-cast concrete panels by strengthening its joints. This will help aid in the adoptability of pre-cast panels for your projects.
