The roof edges of this multinational manufacturer’s building had spalled badly due to rainwater seepage and had to be urgently rectified before any spalled concrete falls onto human/vehicular traffic below. A conventional repair would have only lasted a few years before the same problems resurface. FasRaP was engaged by the owner as a longer term and more cost effective solution. After the spalled concrete area was properly repaired, FasRaP was then rapidly applied onto the affected area in just one day without any disruption or downtime caused to the tenant.
